Are these workouts meant for a beginner or only females?
The workouts are meant for those of all levels and genders. There aren't any exercises men do that women shouldn't and vice versa, especially when it comes to strength training. Any workout can be made easier or hard by adding more reps, sets, focus, mind muscle connection, range of motion, time under tension, and form improvement. These workouts are for everyone of all levels. The advanced will know how to advance the moves as they need and the beginners will follow the plan. It will be challenging for both, whether male or female :)

Will I really learn how to lift/what if I already know how to lift?
The course walks you through and in-depth explanation of the 6 most common exercise patterns you'll see in the workouts AND you'll have video demos for every exercise on the plan. This + practicing.. AKA actually following the plan consistently long-term will help you learn how to lift. If you already know how to lift, bravo! But I bet there's some areas in your form you could improve on so don't skip out on the form videos.

Can I do the workouts from home?
Yes, every program has a gym and home version. You can switch between the two during the week to change things up or when things get busy and you just can't make it to the gym.

What are the workouts programs like?
The programs are based around strength and bodybuilding. You'll see typical exercises like squats, deadlift, shoulder press, rows, but also things like bicep curls, lat raise, and frog pumps. The programs are created to help you build a well-defined, lean, and STRONG physique in your upper and lower body.

Will I get bulky if I lift/lift heavy?
No, you will not get bulky. Bulk and muscles take a lot more work than you think. Will you get strong, yes? Bulky, no. Unless you're eating A LOT and lifting with A LOT of intensity. Most of you will not cross the threshold to reach the ability to look 'bulky'
